At Synergy Massage Services, I believe that massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. My philosophy is centered around the idea that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected and that holistic therapies like massage can help to heal and balance all three.

Synergy offers a range of massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, Thai massage, ASMR massage and more. As an experienced massage therapist, I will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals.
Kristin Greisz, RMP
I graduated from Central Maryland School of Massage in 2016 after choosing to leave my office job and focus on my true calling: massage therapy. With my martial arts background and certification in Thai Massage, I understand the importance of stretching and range of motion to facilitate healing and help prevent injury. During each personalized massage session, I utilize stretching, Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage techniques to provide a complete therapeutic result, leaving my clients feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more mobile.
